Must have knowledge with routine building maintenance
Must be proactive in identifying problem areas needing attention
Must be self-motivated and able to follow direction with minimal supervision
Must be able to operate lawn mower, weed eater, pressure washer, and use hand tools
Some mechanical and electrical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot
Will be required to prepare and maintain fuel tanks
Stable employment history
May be required to lift objects weighing 50 pounds
Must be able to work nights, weekends, and on call
Professional appearance and demeanor
Must be able to read, speak, write and communicate using the English language well enough to perform the job functions
Strong customer service skills, and the ability to effectively prioritize, multi-task, manage time, organize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
High School Diploma/GED
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
2 years experience in facilities maintenance or related field
