Wanted :
Part time technician/handy man for 90 plus unit apartment complex in Nacogdoches. Will work with other staff to maintain and improve the facilities for tenants. Tasks will range from apartment make ready, sheet rock repair, painting, minor electrical repairs, plumbing repairs, carpentry, flooring, HVAC troubleshooting and repairs, landscaping, and remodels.
Looking for a part time position of approximately 20 hours per week.
Compensation will be determined based upon successful candidate's experience and capabilities.
