The Leasing Consultant is responsible for leasing apartments, for renewing leases, and for the effective fulfillment of all related administrative functions and for effectively serving our customers, residents and clients.
The purpose of this position is to help achieve the objective of maintaining budgeted occupancy at all times.
Qualifications and/or Experience:
Leasing multi-family housing experience
LIHTC experience preferred
Excellent customer service skills
Computer experience preferred (Word and Excel)
Excellent written and communication skills
Good organizational skills
Valid Driver's License required
