CrewFacilities.com is a lodging, crew logistics and travel management company. We serve a variety of industries from construction, transportation, energy to government agencies including the Army, Navy, Coast Guard, Border Patrol, Department of Transportation. We offer all facility types from hotels, motels, modular and “man camp” facilities, corporate apartments, lodges, long and short term housing. Our proprietary facility vetting system insures a high standard of living for temporary and permanent field workers. In addition, we simplify the lodging process for our clients with “CrewFacts” our own crew logistics software and mobile application which manages all personnel, locations and room inventory, including all leased facilities with open rooms and beds.

Position:

The Crew Logistics Coordinator reports to the Director of Reservations and oversees all field functions including client logistics and satisfaction, vendor adherence to policies and procedures, vetting of facilities, resolving site issues and communication between the company, its clients and vendors. The Crew Logistics Coordinator insures client retention by overseeing quality accommodations and service. Is the company lead to cultivate and maintain “healthy” relationships with clients, hotels and camps.

Responsibilities include:

• Weekly visits to facilities.

• Surveying the facility staff to insure there are no issues with teams that need to be rectified.

• Surveying the clients occupying the premises to be sure there are no issues that need resolution. Including

100% client satisfaction of all services and facilities. Additionally, working with facility occupants and

decision makers to obtain discovery of their current processes and procedures to assist Implementation Team

in creating a customized “how to” flow for the client crew travel.

• Managing crew check ins, check outs, shift and crew changes.

• Ensures rosters are submitted to the facilities and maintained on a daily basis with accurate data.

• Responsible for insuring the quality, cleanliness, safety, and health of facilities that CrewFac places clients.

This includes insuring that all unit interiors and exteriors are properly maintained.

• Conducting orientations for client crew team leads on reservation and communication process.

• Conducting orientations for vendors and facilities.

• Insuring vendors comply with all documentation prior to check in.

• Conducting random inspections of vacant and occupied rooms for facility audits.

• Conducting inspections of common areas of facilities during weekly visits to include safety, health and quality

(ie. Parking lots in good repair, lobbies are maintained, hallways are clean and freshly painted, pool areas

have property signage and in good condition, etc).

• Insuring the quality of food served meets quality standards, health and safety.

• Must be available for last minute trips to meet clients or handle emergencies at sites.

• The liaison between clients, guests, corporate offices, accounting, executive coordinator, business

development, vendors, partners to resolve discrepancies or challenges.

• Assists in seeking out new facilities to add to our certified list of quality locations.

• Conducts Site Certifications for potential facilities.

• Assists in research support for business development and marketing.

• Assists with special projects or tasks for the company.
