Benson Bright Preservation is hiring a subcontractor to do yard maintenance part-time at 9 foreclosed properties in Midland and Odessa. Properties are maintained weekly or bi-weekly and each maintenance visit pays a minimum of $40.
Duties include lawn mowing, weed whacking, and lawn edging. Additional money is paid for shrub & tree trimming and leaf & debris removal.
Equipment needed is a lawnmower, weedeater, and blower or broom. You must have a computer with internet and a smartphone to take before, during, and after photos of all work performed, which are uploaded to a website via the internet.
Compensation:
- 5 maintenance visits per day = $200+ per day
- 4 days per month = $800+ per month
