We pay $16.50 to $18 Per Hour + Very Generous Monthly Bonus.
Shop experience preferred but not required.
Driver's License and Background check required.
This is how a Tire Technician spends their time at the store. Our store is super busy with little downtime.
**Disclaimer- Our employees do a select amount of activities on this list to equal 100% per day. Percentages of individual tasks may vary day to day. **
80% of the time- Working on vehicles-installing new wheels and tires, mounting and dismounting tires (low pros) balance and rotations, flat repairs, re torques, programming TPMS sensors.
50% of the time- Cleaning up returned wheels.
25% of the time- Cleaning the shop, help with deliveries such as sign for merchandise, help unload truck (tire orders, wheel orders, misc. deliveries).
10% of the time- Back up sales and collections if needed- Greeting customers and then assisting customers with purchases, answering questions about their account details, payments, balances, payoffs and answering phone. Out of store marketing, b2b, tire inspections, and door hangers, etc. Training and self-improvement.
