Flexible Job Opportunity: Part-Time Property Manager At Local Self Storage Facility – $15/hour
Job Summary:
If you’re looking for a part-time role that offers 4-6 hours per week, this role is for you!
We are hiring a property manager who can ensure our facility is running smoothly and efficiently.
This role will serve as our “boots on the ground” manager to help coordinate customer move-in’s and move-outs. Additionally, you’ll be responsible for minor custodial and maintenance functions for each unit at the self storage facility, along with assisting with tenant turnover and making units ready to rent.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Clean out vacant units
Turnover units and get them ready to rent
Occasionally meeting tenants on site
Reordering supplies as we run low
Coordinate with contractors when needed
Weekly debris walk throughs & cleaning property
Complete walk thru inspections, checking locks and cleaning units as needed
Perform functions of running the self-storage facility in accordance with company standards.
Effectively utilize a computer system to log all transactions and tenant data / correspondence.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Strong Communication.
Able to perform maintenance and clean-up tasks.
Work Hours
Part-time work (5 hours/week)
