16.50 to 18.00 Per Hour + Very Generous Monthly Bonus
Driver's License and Background check required.

This is how a Front Counter Sales person spends their time at the store. Our store is super busy with little downtime.
**Disclaimer- Our employees do a select amount of activities on this list to equal 100% per day. Percentages of individual tasks may vary day to day. **
80% of the time- Greet customers and assist them with purchase. Answer phone. Answer questions about their account details, payments, balances, payoffs in person and by phone.
50% of the time- Take payments and make outgoing calls. Follow up with customers. Build agreements through company POS system and explain it to customers. Input special orders and following up with vendors.
30% of the time- When Collector is out of the store take late payments and counsel past due customers.
Physical Demands:
Be able to bend down, kneel, and lift 50 pounds or more.
Mental Requirements:
Be able to help customer after customer and having the ability to move fast and multi task.
