Dispatcher wanted for Flatbed Oilfield transportation company located in Hobbs, NM. This person will be responsible for day to day load coordination and assignment.
The Dispatcher needs to possess basic knowledge oilfield operations, flatbed transportation, heavy haul transportation. Must have knowledge of DOT rules and regulations. Must have a demonstrated ability to lead, and to manage multiple concurrent projects. Must possess strong computer and organizational skills, bi-lingual a plus.
Strong motivational, interpersonal and communication skills required. Must be able to effectively work with diverse groups of people and to build positive internal and external relationships with customers and other divisions.
Job requires some on call assignments
