Field Safety Coordinator wanted for Flatbed Oilfield transportation company located in Midland, TX. This person will be responsible for all safety related tasks including training, accidents investigation, and compliance with all governing agencies as well as customer requirements.
The Field Safety Coordinator will be required to oversee daily operation and administration of the Safety program, DOT Compliance, and training for multiple locations. Must have knowledge of DOT, and OSHA rules and regulations. Must be able to travel and provide training at Terminal locations and possess basic knowledge oilfield operations, flatbed transportation, heavy haul transportation. Must have a demonstrated ability to lead, work with the Executive Management of an organization, and to manage multiple concurrent projects.
Strong motivational, interpersonal and communication skills required. Must be able to effectively work with diverse groups of people and to build positive internal and external relationships with customers and other divisions
Must be able to work independently with a results-orientated work ethic
Must be computer literate with strong background in use of personal computers as a tool to effectively manage activities.
Minimum of 2 years experience.
