* Equipment is in great shape.
* Credible company we are leased on to a great company with no issues with pay.
* Drivers are 3wk on 1wk off unless some loads will get you home more often if you live in the Midland/Odessa Tx area.
* Pay compensation is 25%-26% to start which comes out to on avg. $1800-$2200wk.
*Also option to lease to own after 2yrs
