The Regional Senior FP&A Analyst will play a critical role in partnering with clinic operations leadership to develop annual budgets and quarterly forecasts, generate business model analysis and deliver monthly robust reporting and analytics. Responsibilities include financial reporting with robust analytics, data consolidations, budgeting, forecasting, presenting financial results, and process improvements. Requirements include:
Undergraduate Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
3+ years of relevant experience in Financial Planning & Analysis roles within a growing organization.
Advanced experience demonstrating problem-solving and root cause analysis.
Exhibit strong personal accountability and attention to detail, strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage tight deadlines, prioritize workload and achieve effective results in a fast-paced, dynamic, ever-growing, and often ambiguous environment; effective multi-tasking skills are vital.
A highly skilled collaborator, influencer, and communicator with multiple business partners and stakeholders.
Financial reporting expert who is a critical thinker with problem-solving experience.
Proven ability to drive financial analysis to support business optimization and forecasting accuracy.
Effective communication skills with the ability to develop positive relationships to gather information and influence decision-making.
Experience in Healthcare Services or Health Plan industries preferred.
