Offer Based on Years of Experience Qualifications Be the Best Home Health Clinician You Can Be If you meet these qualifications, we want to meet you! Graduate from an approved school of professional nursing or therapy. One (1) year experience as an RN or LVN. Required Certifications and Licensures: Licensed to practice as a registered nurse or licensed vocational nurse in the state of agency operation. Must possess and maintain valid CPR certification while employed in a clinical role. Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state and/or organization requirements and is in good working order. Ability to travel to all business locations.
