Collaborate closely with senior leadership in SMB Payments on the most critical initiatives for the business

Job requirements2+ years of experience in Finance and P&A, consulting, or investment banking
Knowledge of payments industry and merchant acquiring
Experience managing people
Previous exposure to small business client segment is preferred
CFA is preferred
Essential skillsExcellent analytical and modeling skills, including developing business cases, forecasting, sensitivity analysis, effective data visualization
Excellent written, visual, and verbal communication skills, including ability to develop compelling storylines, highlight take-aways, lead meetings with senior business partners
Strong attention to detail and quality control. Able to quickly spot issues or errors
Strong time-management and organizational skills with ability to objectively prioritize
Effective at providing specific and actionable feedback

Excellent skills using MS Excel (including advanced functions) and PowerPoint
