RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Lead Data - Data Team Manager in Plano, TX.
Responsibilities of the Data Lead will include:
The Data Lead will drect and mentor team on performance while working side by side with the team
Lead azure migration efforts & partner for CRM implementation
Lead efforts to design and integration of platforms, systems, and data warehouse solutions to ensure robust campaign management, decision execution, performance monitoring, and risk-related data management
Direct leadership and mentoring to team of 5-10 with ability to also be "hands-on"
The Data Lead will serve as a thoughtful leader behind the data initiatives
Interest in mastering technologies like web server ecosystems, relational DBMS, TDD, CI tools like Jenkins, Hudson and Bamboo, complexity analysis and performance optimization
As a Data Lead, you wil serve as a thoughtful leader behind the data initiatives
REQUIREMENTS:
Extensive SQL proficiency with at least one of the common database platforms such as SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, and/or DB2 database management systems
Strong knowledge in building data pipelines, near real-time integration patterns and technologies
Experience in web architecture, providing design and development recommendations and optimizing existing infrastructure
Experience with cloud service providers like Azure, along with data storage
Experience in creating SSIS/Apache ETL tools
Experience with SQL, Python/Java, and SOAP/REST Web Services
Expertise in creating tables, procedures, functions, triggers, indexes, views, joins and optimization of complex queries
Experience with database versioning, backups, restores and migration
Expertise in data security and integrity
Ability to perform database performance tuning queries
Experience in object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, and software engineering methodologies
Experience working in Agile and Extreme Programming methodologies in a continuous deployment environment
