Lead Performance Test Engineer
Location: Plano, TX
Duration: Long Term

Key /Mandatory Skill set:

• Should have extensive experience Performance testing REST and gRPC ; 2 way TLS
• Should have experience in Java coding
• Extensive experience with Jmeter, Flood.io & gRPC plugins

Required Skills:

• Mandatory - 10+ years of experience in Planning and executing performance testing for a large cloud-based platform with multiple integrations with External Systems
• Problem-solving and good analytical skills
• Create performance test Strategy and test plan
• Preparation of performance test data & build workload models
• Translate high level NFRs to detailed test requirements
• Understand application functionality and come up with Scenarios for performance testing
• Execute the various performance tests including Load test, stress test, endurance test, capacity test
• Identify performance issues and make recommendations to stakeholders
• Capture and analyse performance test metrics

Desired Skills:

• Good Hands-on knowledge on Performance test tool HP Performance Center/Load Runner; Locust; Blaze meter
• Configure and run tests to identify bottlenecks in the systems
• Understand complex architecture and capable of having productive discussions with Architects and developers
• Experience with performance testing application on Cloud based infrastructure - AWS
