This role will work across various key functions including: IT, Marketing, Product Development, Business Development, Operations Support, Store Systems, Customer Experience, Commercial Sales, and Retail Store Operations. The Manager, eCommerce Product Strategy is responsible for the overarching strategy for the FedEx Office eCommerce channel revenues and performance. This position will have the ability to guide, inspire, and lead through Agile processes to achieve continuous improvement to the channel revenues informed by customer feedback.General Duties and Responsibilities(This is a representative list of the general duties the position may be asked to perform, and is not intended to be all-inclusive) Own the development of the strategy and vision for the end-to-end site experience for FedEx Office eCommerce supported by data driven design, site analytics, and customer feedback Oversee and manage the teams responsible for the day to day site development priorities through a keen understanding of Agile development processes as a Product Owner Project Manage the release calendar; ensuring internal and vendor deliverables Coordinate with stakeholders to aid in crafting prioritization of site enhancements and innovations Provide perspective and recommend pricing strategy based upon competitive analysis Collaborate with Product Development on new product launches and alignment with promotional strategies Effectively manage scope, dependencies and risks associated with eCommerce site development and management Monitor and report on progress with regular updates to Senior Management Manage third party integrations and establish strong relationships with onboarding alliances that help to create new opportunities for FedEx Office Collaborate with Customer Insights, Customer Experience, and Design resources to ensure the proper user journey is implemented Provide leadership direction to a matrixed core of team members from across the organization Stay informed of latest trends in eCommerce strategy and product development and lead the change internally when necessary to ensure FedEx Office is following the optimal methodologies All other duties as needed or requiredMinimum Qualifications and Requirements Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience Master’s (MBA) degree preferred Experience leading Agile and SAFe Agile development organizations Understanding of API integrations 10+ years of related experience with progressively increasing responsibilities in eCommerce product management, product development, partnership strategy, corporate strategy, management consulting, or related field 5+ years Prior experience with MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, Project) Technical background with digital product ownership and / or eCommerce project management Prior experience in working in cross-discipline functions with a demonstrated ability to influence outside of formal reporting lines Prior experience in a multi-location retail environment preferred Prior experience working on highly complex / cross functional projects For new hires, must meet all FedEx Office employment qualifications in force at time of hiring For current FedEx Office team members, must meet hiring criteria for the position and transfer requirements as outlined in the Team Member HandbookEssential Functions Ability to travel as required in order to meet with customers, vendors, other team members, and/or other business necessities Ability, on a consistent basis, to maintain attention and concentration for extended periods of time Ability, on a consistent basis, to read and interpret documents and instructions from customers, vendors, and other team members Ability, on a consistent basis, to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and other team members Ability, on a consistent basis, to perform work activities requiring cooperation and instruction Ability, on a consistent basis, to function in a fast-paced environment, under substantial pressure Ability, on a consistent basis, to work within the appropriate level of independence Ability, on a consistent basis, to report regularly to work and maintain established business hours in order to support the FedEx Office business; regular attendance and/or reporting could include regular attendance at a physical location and/or maintaining established business hours depending on the scope and nature of the positionQuality Driven Management (QDM)(Quality Driven Management strives to deliver market-leading customer experience, business excellence, and financial return through a Quality-oriented culture and day-to-day application of Quality science.)Suggests areas for improvement in internal processes along with possible solutionsWorks with management to reduce company costs/wastes, and to optimize profitability in areas of responsibilityApplies Quality concepts presented at training during daily activitiesSupports FedEx Office Quality initiativesEEO StatementWe are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
