Pega 7+ hands on experience - over 5 years of Pega experience (3+ in Pega v7+). Pega 8 hands-on experience prefereable. Pega 8 SSA certification a must, LSA part 1 complete preferable Database Knowledge preferable Agile/Scrum development methodology knowledge/experience Knowledge of and applicability of Object Oriented techniques and principles
