Do you enjoy being the resident expert mentoring others in the area of subcontracts management? Join our team! As a Principal Subcontracts Management Specialist, you\'ll develop subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms and conditions for the procurement of specialized materials, equipment, and services for our subcontract systems to guide the development, production, and global sustainment for multiple contract types. You\'ll be responsible for preparing our bid packages, developing evaluation criteria, analyzing and evaluating our proposals, negotiating subcontract provisions, selecting or recommending new subcontractors, and administering our subcontracts. Additionally, you\'ll administer standard subcontracts agreements, such as Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Time and Material (T&M), Cost Reimbursable (CR) plus all variations of fee structures, through the entire contract lifecycle, and will lead complex negotiations of terms, price, and schedule, and will monitor subcontractor performance. You will serve as a subcontracts subject-matter-expert (SME) and mentor to the Subcontracts organization. You\'ll also support, develop, and/or facilitate recurring refresher compliance and FAR training to the subcontracts organization.
