RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Project Manager (Salesforce/CRM) in Plano, TX. The client is open to this position being fully remote from anywhere in the United States.
Summary:
The Senior Project Manager will join our team and drive large, cross-functional initiatives supporting our ongoing business transformation. The client is looking for individuals that are skilled in proactively finding opportunities for improvement, defining requirements, building project plans, and guiding large project teams to delivery of successful initiatives on time and under budget.
Key Tasks:
Senior Project Manager will lead business and support partners in the creation of project requirements, including project scope, anticipated benefits, costs, and resource requirements
Develop and revise complex project plans and budgets
Facilitate team problem solving and build subject matter expertise through the project life cycle
As a Senior Project Manager, you will assess current processes and systems, recommending opportunities to upgrade
Source, negotiate and manage outside vendors and their interactions with partner teams including IT, Compliance and Risk
Lead project implementation as the central point for deliverables, tracking timelines and regularly communicating progress to leadership
Senior Project Managers utilize standard project processes and tools aligned with the PMO
Define project quality standards and lead post-implementation testing with formal hand-off to the BAU process owner
Provide thorough and regular verbal and written communication to project stakeholders and leadership
Senior Project Managers identify, mitigate, and escalate as necessary project risks
Work to demanding timelines in a fast-paced team environment
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree
3+ years of former project management experience
Former CRM experience
Financial Experience/Consumer lending experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Green belt six sigma certification or higher
5+ years in a project management role including experience in the Consumer Lending industry
Experience with project management methodologies: Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.
Experience with Microsoft Project Web App
