Overview:

• UI Path is at the forefront of the Robotic process Automation (RPA) revolution.
• The Senior RPA Developer will focus on building the end-to-end automation process solutions.
• This candidate will be client facing guy for this, he will coordinate with clients and offshore team

Key Accountabilities:

• Builds Robotic Process Automation (RPA) capability by working with the business functions to design and implement business processes into RPA platform using UiPath technology.
• Builds most complex business objects in Studio, performing API scripting for systems integrations, developing fixes for most challenging bugs
• Contributes to problem solving, re-thinking and challenging current processes, and driving a fast paced/accurate decision and action-orientated culture.
• Facilitates workshops, deep dives, and process mapping activities
• Responsible for the different facets of the bot tool/application development process including analysis, design, programming, testing and deployment
• Ensures Production Readiness by collaborating with Technology team to create robust structure for performance and on production readiness including user acceptance testing, understanding of operational risks and mitigations and address concerns, risks/issues, and challenges.
• Serves as a source of knowledge and a mentor

Essential Qualifications, Knowledge, Abilities and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3-4 years' experience working with UiPath Studio, UiPath Orchestrator and Robot Management
• Proven track record of delivering RPA-driven value to business functions within transnational Automation implementation program
• Solid programming/software development background in .NET (ideally), Java or C#
• Scripting knowledge or experience (Python, Perl, VB Script, Shell script, PowerShell, etc.)
• Expert knowledge of SQL, Oracle PL/SQL, and RDBMS concepts
• SME in the usage and functionality of RPA software end to end
• Proven track record in delivering robotized processes and business value in a large organization
• Comfortable identifying, managing and escalating risks and issues as needed
• Experience in serving as an RPA SME during RFA (Robotic Feasibility Assessment), leading and providing effort estimations and developing and utilizing process prioritization tools
• Familiarity SDLC, Waterfall, and Agile Development Methodologies
• Experience working in, organizing the team, and delivering to timescales and quality in Agile (Scrum preferably) way
• Used to working collaboratively and with a diverse group of people
• An influential communicator who can influence and challenge whenever necessary
• Positively agitate current thinking to deliver substantial improvement and optimization.
• Will leave no stone unturned in their quest for delivering optimized and scalable performance even if that means challenging behaviors, people, processes, and practices at every level of the organization
