POSITION SUMMARY:
The Sr Talent Sourcing Specialist is responsible for helping formulate and execute the sourcing and attraction strategy for critical, specialized, and professional-level FedEx Office positions as well as creating a pipeline for emerging talent needs. Create and execute sourcing strategies focused on attracting specialized talent and professional level positions. This role proactively supports Sr. Managers, Sr. Recruiters, and business partners by providing appropriate sourcing and attraction consultation, guidance, recommendations, plans, methods, measures, and effectiveness reports. This position proactively conducts research to understand evolving talent market trends and shares this information with various stakeholders. This position is also responsible for identifying and recommending the use of appropriate social sourcing platforms and direct search/networking techniques. The Sr. Talent Sourcing Specialist creates positive candidate relationships on behalf of FedEx Office by generating excitement about the company during initial interactions. This position assists with vendor relationship needs such as participating in campaign strategy discussions and transaction support. Acts as an ongoing mentor and coach for all Sourcing Specialists.
