Our client in the Financial Services industry is currently seeking a
Salesforce Integration Architect.
The Salesforce Integration Architect will be responsible for an extensive transformation program and build a framework for sustainability engineering for retail business.
Duration: Contract to hire (no future sponsorships available)
Hourly Rate: $85 - 90/hr - W2, W2 Only (Not open to C2C)
Location: Cary, NC OR Plano, TX
This role will drive operational excellence, including but not limited to Delivery Pipeline Engineering, Quality Engineering, and Performance Engineering. You will own the engineering vision within marketing technology, drive alignment within and across teams to build and deliver quality products.
Responsibilities:
Strong communication, partnership, and management skills to lead and collaborate with engineering, DevOps, and product teams
Ability to arbitrate technical discussions and make challenging calls
Expert on all things Salesforce and can provide direction for upcoming features and trends.
Lead Salesforce Review Board and ensure best practices and guiding principles are being followed.
Responsible for reviewing and implementing our security posture for Salesforce
Identify gaps in security
Run Proof of Concept for new features and tools
Review and guide project team deliverables
Review and help prepare for upcoming Salesforce releases
Ability to mentor members of development teams
Recommend new capabilities to improve business effectiveness
Qualifications:
8+ years of industry experience implementing and leading Salesforce suite of products with a high level of proficiency in Sales, Service, Marketing cloud, and associated integrations within a large enterprise
4+ years of experience in running enterprise services in a public cloud environment
4+ years in a leadership role in a large technology organization managing salesforce set up, marketing cloud, set up best integrations (custom web service components), ETL tool similar to IICS
Ability to get to the details without losing the big picture view
Experience running systems at scale leveraging cloud-native technologies like Kubernetes, Docker, Prometheus, MySQL/Postgres,
Experience with leveraging Public Cloud Managed Services such as AWS RDS, S3, and DynamoDB in the design solutions
Ability to manage, build and mentor development teams
A team builder and leader that provides a clear structure and managerial oversight
Proven ability to collaborate across multiple teams and drive to success
Strong communication, partnership, and management skills to lead and collaborate with engineering, DevOps, and product teams
