We are currently seeking a Business Continuity Analyst (REMOTE POSITION IN U.S.) to join our team in Remote, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).

THIS IS 100% REMOTE POSITION IN THE U.S.

We are currently looking for a Business Continuity / Disaster Recovery Senior Advisor to join our BCDR team. This position is virtual / remote in the US. Our Senior Advisors transition new client BCDR programs into NTT DATA, and manage the client contracted deliverables. This is a customer and Account Team facing position providing clients with a roadmap to successful continuity of operations environments.

Role Responsibilities

  • Serves as the Business Continuity / Disaster Recovery Team point-of-contact for clients
  • Evaluate new client BCDR environments, update to NTT DATA standards, and assume responsibility for client BCDR program
  • Understands all contractual commitments and deliverables
  • Accountable for all deliverables, including quality and completeness
  • Interprets client requirements and requests
  • Develops and manages the detailed annual BC/DR Project Plan and client profiles

  • Supports multiple clients


Requirements:

  • 8+ years in Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery, including developing, maintaining BC & DR plans and planning and conducting BC & DR exercises including:
  • Experience leading a Business Impact Analysis (BIA)
  • Experience in evaluating new customer BCDR program, identifying gaps and providing specific improvement recommendations
  • Leadership skills and experience, including organizational, communications, and Project Management


Preferences

  • Team leadership experience
  • DRII and/or BCI certification
  • Self-starter, well-motivated, with excellent attention to detail
  • Experience with managing client and account team expectations across multiple clients
  • Ability to meet deliverables
  • Experience directing BC program design and implementation from scratch
  • Experience in providing BCDR consulting services
  • PMI certification
  • Experienced in matrix management
  • ITIL certification
