Description: An international insurance brokerage firm is looking to build a fast-paced team of early career Claims Processors in Richardson, Texas. The Claims Processor is responsible for processing FSA and HRA claims with a high standard of quality and efficiency. This position will report to the Claims Supervisor. This position will need to work effectively in a team environment, as well as the ability to work independently to deliver and coordinate on time deliverables.
Responsibilities:
Enter and process participant reimbursement requests daily in the claims processing system.
Review participants submitted material and determine if it meets applicable guidelines for appropriate reimbursement.
Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned. Work as a team member to achieve service levels for daily claims entry.
Management of client communications regarding requests and escalations. Track and document daily work tasks/ issues and communicate them with the rest of the team.
Prepare documentation as and when required
Minimum Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in Claims Processing/Claim Adjudication environment.
Strong data entry and computer navigation skills.
Typing speed of at least 20 words per minute.
Capacity to rapidly learn new software and processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
