Job Description Summary

Responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivery of defined deliverables which usually requires engagement from multiple teams such as a project or smaller program. Communicates the work objectives, coordinates delivery, manages risks, ensures compliance to standards, and provides end-to-end visibility into the health of the deliverables. Ensures execution and delivery meets the client's expectations in terms of the functionality, quality, timeline and cost. Coordinates and facilitates routines to support delivery - e.g. kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, tollgates, etc. Plans and coordinates delivery and dependencies with across multiple teams. Facilitates dependency management/risk management/impediment removal for the defined deliverables. Promotes/facilitates communication and collaboration across organizations to support the deliverable completion and timeline. Gathers/facilitates status updates for the deliverables to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to delivery, risks/issues, and schedule. Ensures that execution is aligned with deliverable requirements by working with the sponsor/stakeholders. Ensures deliverables comply with Enterprise Change Management standards. Supports resource planning for delivery/execution. Individual Contributor.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide support for large workstation software deployments by assisting Project & Support Teams in setup of software deployment plans / schedules.
  • Subject Matter Expert in workstation software deployments for sharing knowledge, updates and reports with Project & Deployment Team.
  • Good triage, troubleshooting skills for resolving workstation software deployment issues.
  • Experience working with Endpoint Security Software deployments and software upgrades.
  • Release Manager for Security Software updates and any required patching.
  • Responsible for assisting with target class administration maintained SM Tools application.
  • Role must be able to quickly change focus from one activity to another.
  • Initiate process improvements, automation and facilitate tool enhancements, including requirements gathering and feature enhancement testing.

Required Skills
  • 5 - 7 years of IT experience in workstation software deployments.
  • 3+ years of IT experience in Endpoint Management
  • 3+ years of IT experience using Microsoft Configuration Manager for software deployments.
  • 1+ years of IT experience using software deployment tool Tanium.Experience should include job scheduling and utilization scanning features.
  • 3+ years of Project Management experience.
  • Basic understanding of SQL queries.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Skills; specifically Excel.
  • Knowledge of the ITIL processes focused on Incident, Change and Problem Management.
