This is a multi-faceted security position, responsible for oversight of COMSEC activities as the COMSEC Responsible Officer, acts as a Trusted Agent for Government Computer Accounts, and oversees Visitor Control for the site.Job Duties Include, but are not limited to:Operate and manage the local COMSEC account
Shipping, receiving, controlling, inventorying, storing, and destruction of material in accordance with government directives and procedures
Conduct self-inspections and periodic audits to ensure accuracy of documentation, material, and equipment
Investigate security incidents and prepare written reports
Provide Trusted Agent support to programs
Validate program personnel and tokens
Password setup and resets
Conduct user training and completing required documentation
Visitor Control duties
Applicant must have a working knowledge of government regulations and policies regarding the handling of SCI materials and SCI visitor verification. The position is a customer service-oriented position and the applicant must possess strong interpersonal skills, the ability to make sound decisions and take independent action to meet or exceed the expectations of customers and visitors. Applicant must be able to work in a fast-paced multi-faceted environment. Candidate must display a professional demeanor and demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively in both written and oral communications. Required Skills:Must be a US Citizen with an active and current TS/SCI with Poly
Experience in Program Security with additional basic understanding of Personnel Security, Physical/Technical Security, Information Assurance Security, COMSEC, Data Management, and Security Awareness Training and Education
Must be comfortable with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

Organizational and time-management skills –Well organized with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks daily, and quickly and effectively reprioritize tasks when required, with robust attention to detail
