Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 4 years of Relevant Information Technology experience
Very good experience in Kronos WFC & WFD implementation with functional expertise in Timekeeping, Accruals & Leave, Activities, Attendance, Scheduling modules, Dell Boomi and Workforce Integration Manager.
Kronos Functional/Technical Consultant with implementation experience (at least 3-4 projects including cloud implementations) and upgrade experience (at least 2 projects)
Experience in extensive client interactions involving detailed discussions on functional and technical requirements and providing solutions from a domain and product perspective
