JOB SUMMARY

Vaco Technology is currently seeking a NetSuite PM for a 3-6M C2H opportunity located in Richardson, TX. The NetSuite PM will manage projects within financial services, build a formal process, and create roadmaps. The NetSuite PM will work on complex projects by working closely with managers to enable solution deployment, issue resolution, risk management, and ROI. The NetSuite PM will mentor the team ensuring cross-functional involvement and overall success. The NetSuite PM will work on migration, onboarding / offboarding, implementation of billing, invoicing and financial systems. The ideal NetSuite PM will have current and/or previous experience managing ERP, CRM, and Application Migration Projects. The NetSuite PM will be accountable for the success of all projects, programs, and/or portfolios under their supervision. The NetSuite PM will plan, execute, and implement all projects to deliver intended business outcomes on time, on budget, and within scope according to business priorities. Throughout the lifecycle of these projects, the NetSuite PM will be responsible for making appropriate tradeoffs with project teams to mitigate any issues or risks.


  • Manage Multiple Projects (Beginning-to-End) - Including Planning Through Post-Mortem

  • Define Project Scope / Risks / Deliverables to Support Active Projects

  • Coordinate / Manage Project Plan Creation - Plan / Schedule Timelines / Milestones, etc.

  • Ensure Goals are Clearly Defined / Achieved via Collaboration with Senior Management / Stakeholders

  • Update / Maintain Project Plans Throughout the Project Lifecycle

  • Identify / Manage Project Dependencies / Critical Path, etc.

  • Timely Communication / Coordination of Project Expectations to Team / Clients / Stakeholders, etc.

  • Develop / Deliver Progress Reports / Proposals / Requirements Documentation / Presentations

  • Proactively Manage Changes in Project Scope / Identify Potential Issues / Create Contingency Plans, etc.

  • Develop Internal / External Relationships Vital to the Success of the Projects

  • Conduct Post-Mortems / Create Recommendations Reports - Identify Successful / Unsuccessful Project Elements, etc.

  • Develop Best Practices / Tools for Project Execution / Management

  • Actively / Proactively Manage / Mitigate Product Risks




JOB REQUIREMENTS


  • NetSuite Project Manager - NetSuite Integration / Migration / Billing / Invoice / Financial Systems

  • Enterprise Software / Infrastructure Implementation Projects




PREFERRED (not required)


  • PMP Certification
