Who are we looking for?

A Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-Functional with minimum of 6 years of experience.

Technical Skills:

• At least 4 years of working experience on Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-Functional
• Knowledge on Oracle Fusion architecture
• Strong understanding on Oracle Fusion HCM applications (ex. Compensation, Core HR, Payroll, Absence, etc.)
• Excellent working knowledge on
• Working knowledge on Data Migration Tool
• HDL (HCM Data Loader)
• PBL (Payroll Batch Loader)
• Spreadsheet Loader
• FBL (File Based Loader)
• Experience on Reports
• BIP (Business Intelligent Publisher)
• OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence)
• Interface
• HCM EXTRACTS (Outbound)
• Experience on PAAS Customizations
• Fast Formulas
• Flex Field (DFF, EFF, KFF)
• Personalization Page
• BPM (Business Process Management) Approval Workflow
• Strong analytical, problem solving, troubleshooting and conceptual skills
• Ability to work in a cross functional team environment
• Pro-actively seeks to make continuous improvements
• Is results oriented and has a high degree of accountability, commitment and responsibility.
• Should have experience of entire project lifecycle
• Worked on Implementation & Support projects

Qualification:

• Somebody who has at least 5+ years of work experience in Fusion HCM.
• Education qualification: B.Tech, BE, BCA, MCA, M. Tech or equivalent technical degree from a reputed college
