As a Product Manager, Digital and Technology, you will be a catalyst in strategic digital transformation initiatives. You will be responsible for product management of our Developer Market Place platform in enabling this as a platform for driving digital assets reusability across major platform programs through engineering and development team engagement.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Works closely with designers, engineers, and business professionals in a collaborative environment to create and execute strategic, product roadmaps
• Collaborate with stakeholders, clearly understand their needs, and communicate the roadmap
• Serve as the culture change champion and drive all engagement across all business segments
• Understand and articulate the Product strategy and direction
• Develop and prioritize a Product roadmap and backlog
• Develop communication, delivery mechanism and change management plans for the Transformation initiatives.
• Regularly Interview customers and distill actionable insights
• Documents and publishes new feature information or product changes for release notes or other training materials.
• Draws upon customer insights to drive the software product vision and direction; Provides leadership in identifying and defining ongoing product features that align with business strategy.
• Defines software solutions that Client's technical teams can deliver. Represents the customer to the technical teams, answering questions about client expectations.
• Uses technical and product expertise to prioritize deliverables and manage backlog of requests. Owns the product backlog.
• Facilitates discussions, user story development and refinement, and testing and validation; contributes to roadblocks resolution and decision making.
• Provides regular updates; manages executive stakeholder communication and reporting.
• Acts as a single point of contact for ongoing support and services. Prioritizes needs, engages various technical teams, as needed, routes requests to correct owners, and ensures support is provided to internal or external satisfaction.
• Actively engages in Agile process, including daily scrum sessions, demos, and testing activities, as well as training and change management activities, as needed.
• Manages changes to features and communication to ensure there is clear indication of what is required for each release
• Assists the team in sizing and breaking down Epic into a manageable size to accommodate the release cadence. Writes user stories and cases, as needed.
• Demonstrate solid knowledge around Software development process and concepts of reusing software digital assets.
• Prior experience with platforms building End User experience Portals
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field of work or equivalent work experience.
• Strong background and prior experience with end-to-end application delivery
• Typically has 10+ years of work experience, including previous experience leading few technology projects
• 4+ years’ experience in product management, program management or technology
• Experience in Agile / Scrum methodologies
• Experience defining a product roadmap, vision, strategy, backlog creation and management
• Technical competency – able to understand and participate in engineering decisions
• Prior Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, MS Project
• Good foundation on Cloud Technologies across AWS/Azure
• Exposure to Modern and Emerging Technologies in industry
• Understanding of Open source and Inner Source concepts
• Prior hands-on experience with software development and CI/CD environment
• Strong knowledge of user facing portal applications and microservices-based architectures
