Work as part of a team in a fast paced, High Tech R&D environment for the aerospace and defense industry
Work with Senior engineers to define, document, perform, analyze, and interpret unit and system test for A-10 Operation Flight Program systems, including software, firmware, hardware, and component
Create, update, and maintain test plans, procedures, scenarios, and reports for unit and system testing
Execute test plans, procedures, and scenarios for unit and system testing
Ensure test parameters conform with system specifications and military standards
Record and analyze data, prioritizing all non-conformances in accordance with TO 00-35D-54 and documenting them in the project defect tracking tool
Participate in various reviews, including the Test Readiness Review (TRR), Defects Review Boards (DRB), Defects Configuration Control Board (DCCB), etc.
Plan, track, and complete tasks using Personal Software Process, Team Software Process, and other applicable development processes
Operate, update, maintain, and document testing stands and equipment status
Other duties as assigned

Education/Training (both required and desired):
Bachelor’s Degree in relevant engineering or science discipline required
Experience:
0+ years of professional experience in the required task area

Must be a US citizen
Ability to obtain a security clearance may be required
