RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce is seeking a full-time Release Train Engineer to remotely support their enterprise technology client based in Austin, TX.
Responsibilities:
In this role, the Release Train Engineer is responsible for mid-to-large sized projects where impact is on the entire function or process; Supporting initiatives across Security functions and between internal organizations
Operating within and communicating with teams using Agile or Waterfall practices - as Scrum Master and Project Manager
Define and monitor project team resources; Identify constraints
Release Train Engineer will evaluate and recommend techniques and practices that ensure goal achievement
Provide guidance and track all assigned projects from planning/initiation through delivery; Conducts regular reviews with finance, technology teams, and customers to ensure program is on track
Influence and manage continuous improvement of project/program process, practices, and initiatives
As a Release Train Engineer, you will identify areas of risk/opportunities and influences and implements continuous improvements
REQUIREMENTS:
5-7 years of experience as a Senior Scrum Master or Release Train Engineer experience
History of experience leading Security related projects and passion for program development and problem solving
Proficient in leading project efforts via Waterfall and Agile methodologies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to be able to present at senior leadership levels
Ensures rigorous attention to detail in all work activities and products
Results-driven and accountability-minded
Strong background in negotiating and conflict management
Strong awareness of industry trends, business conditions and internal processes and practices to meet project/program delivery requirements
