RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce is seeking a full-time Technical Writer to remotely support our enterprise technology client based in Austin, TX.
Accountabilities:
Technical Writer will be responsible for creating and managing all content for the Experience following brand and communication standards (Examples: Business outcomes, technical outcomes and special initiatives documents for Digital Entitlement Licensing and Provisioning (DELP)); Experience and Product Lines, writing blog posts, newsletters, Executive presentations, white papers, etc.
Ensures all are content and presentation accurate
Responsible to create powerful Executive presentations that make an impact
Identify needs and recommend new topics/story lines
Collaborates across the DELP Experience team members, business, other stakeholders and working cross-functionally to develop content on an ongoing basis (working with Global teams)
As a Technical Writer, you will develop and execute in all internal and external (as applicable) outreach strategies to successfully articulate and build awareness of the Experience
Shapes and communicates key messages/information that effectively convey the initiatives, strategy, and the value of the portfolio
REQUIREMENTS:
8+ years of experience
Writing skills - Should be able to write in a clear and concise manner and to be able to convey information appropriately for a variety of audiences
Technical skills data analysis - Should have high degree of engineering comprehension; Would need to extensively read through several high-level documentations
Research and editing skills - Able to research extensive information in order to formulate content
Tools skills - Should be able to produce documentation in a variety of formats (e.g.: PowerPoints, white papers, create visuals, graphics, etc.); Must have experience creating powerful Executive presentations that make an impact
Experience working with Global teams and working with variety of audience in content creation
Experience in developing strategic communication materials
Understanding of social media handling
