The Onsite Customer Care Representative II position serves as the customer care contact for TX Alloy and Texas Disposal Systems customers at the San Angelo location. This role serves as the customer advocate, resolving customer issues, assisting with basic billing questions, creating and distributing identification cash cards and other services, as needed.
High school diploma
At least two years of customer service or call center experience
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Must have a professional appearance and demeanor
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Strong customer service orientation
Solid waste background with facility management experience
Customer service or sales experience
