And a clean, safe work environment is just the beginning.POSITION: Manufacturing Machine OperatorWORK LOCATION: San Angelo, TexasWORK HOURS: 6:30 PM – 6:30 AM (Rotating 4 days on, 4 days off)DURATION OF ASSIGNMENT: Temp to PermRATE: $18.86 – 21.48 hourESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Load/Unload suture productsPerform adjustments and tooling changes as neededComply with packaging requirementsTransfer packaged products and complete required documentationComply with safety regulations and proceduresMaintain a clean and well-organized work area to enhance efficiencyAbility to work 12-hour shifts.Read, interpret and follow work instructions and training materials using firm grasp of:English languageProcess specificationsBasic computer skillsPass and maintain training and certification examinations as required.Assess and input data into departmental/ plant information systems.Accurate record keeping via computer management systems and/or via manual systems by inputting and retrieving data for production, maintenance, and other pertinent permanent paperwork following standard procedures.QUALIFICATIONSHigh school diploma or G.E.D.Score favorably in WORKKEYS skills assessment (to be given)Minimum 1-year manufacturing operation preferredWork experience in a Good Manufacturing Practice GMP environment preferredMechanical/technical skills requiredTroubleshooting skills preferredMust have excellent communication and interpersonal skillsMust have good work habits neatness, organizational skills, time management skills, etcMust be a team player and be able to work with minimal technical supervisionThe ability to stand and/or walk 90 of the time is required.Shift ScheduleMust be able to work rotating 12-hour night shifts 3rd Shift 6:30 pm - 6:30 am, will include alternating weekends.
