Seeking an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician for a large property to assist with apartment make readies, service tickets and groundskeeping. Duties include, but not limited to: grounds pick up, pool maintenance, painting, drywall repairs and texture, fixture replacements, floor tile replacement, minor plumbing repairs and install, minor electrical repair and install, and ability to take after hours calls.
