Reynolds Nationwide is a well-established, food-grade trucking company dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are looking for a highly motivated AR clerk who thrives in a fast paced multi task environment.
Accounts Receivable Job Description:
. Daily deposits/ post cash receipts
. Credit and AR collection
. Analyze and reconcile customer accounts
. Respond and research customer billing questions
. Miscellaneous billing
. Billing
. Fuel surcharge
. Collection
. Managing and maintaining fuel reports and fuel cards
. Process driver movements
. Other projects requested
Required Qualifications:
. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
. Through attention to detail
. Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
. Strong customer service skills with ability to communicate professionally with customers
. Preferably 1-2 years of experience
