A Controller
I need a controller. Not an accountant! Not a bookkeeper and especially not a fast learner.
I need a professional who is so good I may have to struggle to afford him or her.
I need a person who can run my 5-million-dollar company from a financial standpoint and help me turn it into a 100-million-dollar company in the next 5 years!
I hope it goes without saying that this position requires a degree or degrees.
I will run operations.
I will get customers, service techs and everything we need to do business and continually increase that business.
You control all money and all finances.
If we spend a Penny, you know about it and ALL expenditures are approved by you.
I am of course looking for a long-term individual.
No matter what, we will be able to meet your salary requirements and if you are the right person, we can talk about giving you a percentage of the company as a reward for your performance, but results come first, and rewards come second.

Everything about this company is amazing but we are not in control of our office and finances, and I need someone who can track every single penny and at the same time analyze every expenditure.
