Location: REMOTE
Duration: open to contract and contract-to-hire applicants
  • Strong Customer Service Skills
  • Basic Understanding of Agile Methodologies
  • Experience with Support a complex vendor application
  • 2 Years experience with writing Java Script
  • 1 Years experience working with Java
  • 1 Year Experience using source control tools such as Git or Gitlab
  • Rally Support experience
  • Familiar with Agile tools such as JIRA or Rally
  • Basic understanding of AWS

Minimum Skills:
  • Strong Customer Service Skills
  • Basic Understanding of Agile Methodologies
  • Worked in support role for any application
  • 1 year with any Object Programming or Scripting language (Java, Python, Pearl e.t.c) and willingness to learn.
  • Basic understanding of source control
