Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Director - Manager to lead our privately owned operated center with a licensed capacity of 161 students. Must have experience in daycare as lead teacher, minimum standards, and the office. Hours will vary and must be flexible to work schedule.
The School Assistant Director effectively assists in the operation and manages all aspects of the school's programs. The Assistant Director will assist with all matters related to education and staffing of the school including: preparing job descriptions, assuring classrooms meet high quality assurance standards, recruiting applicants to fill staff vacancies, speaking with parents of prospective and enrolled students, planning and organizing school curriculum, working with state and local regulatory agencies, and operating the center within a budget.
