As a Project Manager, you would be primarily responsible for the daily management, coordination and successful completion of a TxDot heavy highway construction project to meet time and cost objectives with respect to contract administration, budgetary considerations, and scheduling.
Qualifications:
ÂÂÂÂÂÂ Bachelor's Degree in a related field from an accredited institution and 5Â years of construction engineering experience and/or training.
ÂÂÂÂÂÂ At least 3 years of experience in TxDot highways projects (earthworks, asphalt placement, concrete flatworks, drainage, traffic control, traffic signaling and marking, etc.).
ÂÂÂÂÂÂ Bilingual candidates preferred (English/Spanish).
ÂÂÂÂÂÂ Proficiency with computer applications including Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6.1., AutoCad, MicroStation.
ÂÂÂÂÂÂ At least 10 years of experience in TxDot highways projects.
ÂÂÂÂÂÂ Management experience of medium-sized teams required
ÂÂÂÂÂÂ Bilingual candidates preferred (English/Spanish).
