As a Highway Superintendent, you would oversee the construction of ÂTxDot highway project, including earthworks, asphalt placement, concrete flatworks, drainage, traffic control, traffic signaling and marking, etc., and schedule and coordinate the activities of workers and subcontractors engaged on the designated project.
Qualifications:
ÂÂÂÂÂÂ At least 10 years of experience in TxDot highways projects.
ÂÂÂÂÂÂ Management experience of medium-sized teams required
ÂÂÂÂÂÂ Bilingual candidates preferred (English/Spanish).
