The position works under the specific instruction and direction of one or more higher level staff and may provide administrative support to an individual office. Incumbents are regularly responsible for dealing professionally with confidential information while performing several aspects of assigned work. Specific tasks may be answering phones, maintaining files, scheduling appointments, producing correspondence, spreadsheets and presentation and otherwise relieving those supported of minor administrative tasks and business deals. Works under general supervision.Specific Duties: Provides administrative support to senior executive staff which includes, but are not limited to, opening, sorting, and delivering mail; coordinating schedules and travel arrangements; answering and routing incoming telephone calls; composing correspondence; processing all daily expense reports and checking requests and business expense reports; reconciling corporate credit card charges/receipts; managing the daily and other vacation calendar; preparing binders; setting up conference calls; ordering supplies; and managing communications among the department leaders. Coordinates the preparations for new hires at the home office and in the field to include coordinating with IT for phone, computer, badges and systems access.   • JOB SUMMARY:Responsible for supporting the Controller in directing the activities of the Accounting Department, including direct responsibility for the financial and cost accounting functions.
