RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in San Antonio, TX that is seeking a talented Business IT Analyst (Control Tester) for full time remote position.
Responsibilities:
Governance Risk Compliance & Regulatory
Business IT Analyst will assist in projects to implement the necessary changes to policy, standards, procedures, and processes concerning regulatory requirements and risk mitigation practices
Collaborate with Configuration Management team on the creation of controls and risk statements to support regulatory requirements
Serve as a liaison with Risk and Compliance and second line of defense to get approval for configuration management risks and controls
Provide support for control execution and internal audit control reviews by ensuring all requested documentation is provided
Identifies gaps in controls, proposes solutions, and implements corrective actions
As a Business IT Analyst, you will support initiatives such as risk assessments, KPI development, remediation of issues
Meet with technology owners to collect evidence and information to support the execution of Configuration Management and Information Security controls
Assist in Process, Risk, and Control Inventory and Risk Control Self-Assessment sessions to ensure Configuration Management processes, controls, and risk statements are updated and applicable
REQUIREMENTS:
6 years of relevant experience is required
4 years of additional, relevant experience may be substituted for education
Knowledge of security configuration baseline principles
Familiarization with baseline security configuration standards (e.g., CIS and NIST hardening guidelines)
Knowledge and understanding of at least a few technology platforms (e.g., Windows, Linux, Network, Cloud)
Preferred Additional Qualifications:
Experience working with ITSM, ITAM, ITOM
Experience with COBIT, NIST, and CSF frameworks
Familiarization with FFIEC handbooks
ServiceNow CMDB experience
ITIL and agile experience
