EY is ready to help our government build a better working world.The opportunityThe Service Delivery Center is made up of high-performing, US-based resources who work closely with our experienced professionals to deliver project-based work and managed services to our federal clients. The Service Delivery Center is a core component of the Government & Public Sector practice (GPS). This position assists the Business Transformation competency with delivering transformation strategy, business design, and transformation execution solutions to clients. You’ll monitor progress; track project finances, risks and issues; and confirm that key stakeholders are kept informed about the progress and outcome.Your key responsibilitiesResponsible for formulating and defining systems scope and objectives based on user needs and a good understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements. Devise or modify procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time, and form of desired results.Skills and attributes for successExperience in all areas of business analysis, process definition, risk analysis, communications, and user experience

Analysis of business and user needs, documentation of requirements, and translation into proper system requirement specifications.

Coaching less experienced team members

Sharing your knowledge and developing engagement tools and enablers to build capability for the practice

To qualify you must haveBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Accounting, Finance or a related field and a minimum of 12 years of professional work experience

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret-level clearance or higher

Excellent collaboration and teaming skills in diverse environments

Technical competency experience with IT Transformation Program Management, Test Automation Framework Architecture, Agile Test Management, User Acceptance Test Coordination, IT Organizational Change Management, Enterprise Data Management, IT Life cycle Management or IT Delivery Management

Flexibility to travel up to 20%

Ideally you’ll also haveRelevant industry certification such as, CISSP, CISM, CISA, CBCP, ITIL, PMP or other specialized IT certifications
