Job DescriptionResponsibilities/QualificationSeeking a candidate with Quality Assurance (QA) program-level management experience who is adept at coordinating with higher headquarters (MAJCOM and/or NAF). We welcome experience from any mission-design series (MDS) background. This is a 67 CW Wing Staff position and experience/knowledge should be commensurate with headquarters-level support. The 67 CW supports Cyber Mission Forces all of which have associated quality assurance requirements. This is a 67 CW Wing Staff position and experience/knowledge should be commensurate with headquarters-level support.PRIMARY DUTY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide research and analysis to develop materials to identify/define processes, procedures, requirements, and resources to assist in developing an effective QMS program

Ensure programs are integrated across all subordinate units

Conduct staff assistance and training visits and provide key assessments on QA standards, requirements and procedures

Develop/implement quality plans and procedures

Ensure that performance and quality products conform to established customer standards

Review, analyze and report on quality discrepancies and data related to production

Investigate problems and develop disposition/corrective actions for recurring discrepancies

Perform reviews and inspections of program artifacts/deliverables and associated activities to assure quality requirements processes and standards are met

Analyze measurement data to ensure quantitative measurement effectiveness and to eradicate defects. Plan, manage and perform process and product evaluations (audits)

Monitor the product development, integration, test and acceptance of products

Monitor the development metrics. Participate in process improvement (CPI)

Education/ Certifications: Bachelor's Degree in Quality or Business from an accredited college or university with five (5) years of experience or MS with three (3) years of experience; or the equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work experience ISO 9001:2000 Internal Auditor Certification or CQA Certification (ASQ) (Preferred)Relevant Experience: 5-7 years of progressively responsible QA program support experience; comparable to work performed as a mid-senior level QA Analyst; 3-5 years supporting DoD/AF organizationsKey Requirements: Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Suite applications and other current computer applications, internal transactional applications, and the InternetFor more than 39 years, MacAulay-Brown, Inc.
