Role will focus on process design & documentation related to Application Portfolio Management. Support collection, synthesis, analysis, and documentation of existing business processes and design of new business processes. Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to identify, define, and document detailed product requirements and use cases. Facilitate process redesign, serving as a liaison to the business community while adivsiing on all change aspects.
Additional Requirements:
Strong written and verbal communication required.
Business Analysis experience System Design, System Architecture, Busines Technical Architecture, Business System Requirements definition, or similar.
Qualititative and Quantitivate Analysis skills
Experience with ServiceNow - APM
Customer Exerience (CX) experience (Personas, Journeys, Use Cases, etc.)
