Description: Responsible for the overall operation of the Dining Facility in the absence of the manager. Monitors the operation to insure compliance with all contract requirements. Performs inspections of facility to insure sanitation standards are met. Insures compliance with 2005 Food Code. Monitors Cooks, storeroom, food preparation, serving lines, dining areas and cashiers. Ensures all entrees are available to patrons and portions control is maintained. Briefs cashiers and line servers on their duties. Performs training as needed, demonstrating tasks and proper procedures when necessary. Monitors monetary income to ensure facility is within authorized allowances and any other tasks given by your facility manager. Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs-stand-sit-walk and computer knowledge-able to type at least 25 words per minute.
