Needing to hire a reliable and responsible person that can work any shift at Super 8.
Shift hours are 7:00am - 3:00pm, 3:00pm -11:00pm and 11:00pm - 7:00am.

Responsibilities:
Register and assign rooms to guest
Confirm phone and online reservations
Respond to guest needs, request and complaints
Collect payment from departing guess
Keep records for occupied rooms and guest
Communicate pertinent guest information to designated departments
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service, front desk service, or other related fields
Ability to build rapport with guests
Strong organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
